Pros
Fairly good pay with benefits, most of the team I have worked with are pretty great people. One or two bad eggs, but what company doesn't have those?! 99% of the staff work here because they love animals, so our animal welfare is one of the best you can find on the high street. It is actually one of the reasons I won't work for pets at home.
Cons
Usual stuff really, some people like to gossip and spread rumours. Some people are given much more leniency and do what they want and get away with it. The ceo is fairly present within the shops, which is good, unless he's in a bad mood!
