Local company in the community, everyone works together to keep jobs in the area. The managers all care about the company and give us monthly updates on how the company is doing. A lot of pay raises over the last couple of years and have made positive changes to the vacation policies. 4 day work week schedule is great, we work 4 ten hour days and then get 3 days off every week.

Some of the older managers like the production manager are not as easy to deal with, he is grumpy and not approachable, Most of the senior managers are younger and much more approachable. A few people have left this year because of the production manager. Lack of formalized training for production workers and no growth promotion opportunities for us working as assembly techs.

Worked here while in school, people were nice and a close group.
