Pros

The ability to bring life saving medicines to patients and physicians. All average over a million in samples to help those patients who truly need it. The opportunity for personal growth and financial stability no longer exists. With cuts occurring the third year in a row and having been assured it won't be happening--it just seems upper management doesn't really have a plan in place. Seems when one strategy works in one small area, it is rolled out to the entire field force--with disastrous and costly results. Since Bill Steere's retirement, Pfizer's management has been in scramble mode and has never had a clear vision.

Cons

Unfortunately this company no longer serves the patient, the physician, or those who work for it.

Pros

A good amount of remote monitoring, which depending on how you view can be a positive.

Cons

Changing systems and inconsistent standards are applied to people. There are many differing models that often muddy how you are supposed to do your job, especially when other staff members don't quite understand. How do you interface with the changing models? There tends to be a lot of blame and foisting of responsibilities. Sometimes you can become overburdened with a lot of work, where people do not respect your time and think that their tasks should take priority. It is possible to be contacted late at night with work to do and then be criticized the next day for not being able to keep up.
