Pros
benefits are exemplary--they do make the effort to retain good employees when they're not downsizing.
Cons
Major silos between departments that should be working together. The company is as much a sales driven company as it is innovation-driven, which means they have great recognition programs for sales but not so much for the rest of the company. Not much growth for administrative support , associate-level and some manager positions. Poor middle management--very cliquish.
