Pros

+ A very high bar for talent. Everyone here has an expertise to learn from. + Work is really interesting + Cheerful co-workers, morale is high + Tech is surprisingly competitive + Beachfront office + CEO/CTO are honest, open, and very involved with everyone's day-to-day. + Basic tech benefits... 3 lunches weekly, health insurance, 401k, and snacks

Cons

- Company is tiny (~25 people as of 2019) and growing pains are on the horizon - Public image issue... a shame considering the company's otherwise bright prospects - If they exist, we don't know who our competitors are, other than MobilEye. Is another company going to come in and steal our thunder? It's my biggest worry. [Our competitors, by the way, are not Waymo, Aurora, Cruise, etc... their product is for a different market.]
