Pros
The coworkers for the most part are really nice....but all are so stressed from the tension and unrealistic demands that they have put on them that it makes for a very miserable work enviroment to be in...we all feel with each day that we are walking on egg shells in there..sad to say the majority of us are praying we will either be fired or the doors close...some of the supervisors must really be miserable in life because they are hell to put up with..its their way or no way..regardless of what u may think....u have no opinion or feelings in there...not allowed...and god forbid you talk to to much...even if its job job related your gonna get in trouble....suddenly i feel like im back n kindergarten....no talkin for real!...if talkin in the work enviroment was the only problem that department...med rec..has then i'd say that was pretty good..but its not...and no one really cares ..the ceo,on down the line...heck i have been there foe sometime and i have only seen him twice...and that was because the company was doing the 2 only dinners for us each year on 4th of july and thanksgiving and he came down to eat..he has never once stepped foot in our department as long as i have been there..and hes just upstairs..he is aware of issues going on and still he doesnt care.....nor does any of upper mgmnt if thats what you call them..they all suck at what they do...and omg...some of the supervisors have no previous experience..but know it all....and one of the big wigs we deal with who struts her stuff around there well has a title ther..but just a few years ago she was one coming in on the weekends clocking in and then leaving and coming back to clock out 8 hours later.....wow..thats what we are expected to look up to....really!.....so if your a thief..thats ok..you might get a promotion..if your a druggie...you can work here too..if you break all the rules and they like you..they got your back...you will keep your job..if they dont they will call u in the ooffice to fire you..then walk you to your little cub in hell and watch you pack your belongings and escort you out...throw you away...the ones tha have lagit reasons for whatever issues are...are not valid to them...if your not liked they will find a reason to make you as miserable as possible..use and abuse you to the fullest the thro you away when they are done with you and make it all your fault so you cant get unemployment....thats how they roll....and btw...the nastiest,dirtiest place ive ever worked....youc
