Pretty good pay and you can be on your phone and use earbuds. Laziness is not noticed, let alone punished or stopped, if you're into that.

Unfair/uneven workloads, toxic work environment, lack of focus and proper management, fake promotions/lies about raises, unreliable computers and other equipment, rotating door of managers and employees

Treat their employees very well. Good overall benefit package.

Changed PTO policy after I started and I lost PTO hours that I had been promised at hire. Lots of meetings that could be emails.
