Pros

Unlimited PTO Work from home Great team Good insurance Everybody's supportive and willing to help

Cons

There's no remedial processes in place. It seems like the only option is to fire the individual without talking to them to try to work out a solution. They expect everyone to 'wear multiple hats'. Management has not hired any dedicated QA despite multiple requests. This job then falls to the BA, who seems to be the recipient of any extra jobs that someone needs to fill. Everyone is encouraged to have extra projects to add apps to the SN store and be active on social media all for the purpose making the company look good.

Pros

- 95% Telework is outstanding and allows for awesome flexibility. - They pay their employees incredibly well in an effort to attract the best talent. - All of the training programs that result in ServiceNow certifications are top-notch. It's a great place to grow. - The knowledge sharing across Pharicode and it's commercial sister company, GlideFast, is stellar. If you need to know something, someone in the community will be able to help. - The huge amount of new work coming in has caused a massive spike in hiring, which has been great all around. - The people are real, and there is not a bunch of politics to navigate through internally. People truly want you to succeed. - It's fun working here. There are more and more office events across the US that are bringing coworkers together who otherwise only know each other online. - Opportunity to switch between both Federal and Commercial clients. - Great benefits like 401k matching, etc.

Cons

- The company is growing so fast, so it's a challenge to standardize and put org structure in place to accommodate everyone as they join. Not really a con, just something they are putting a priority towards working on.
