Pros

Nice business idea, lot of sacrificed people working under difficult circumstances, humble employees doing their best.(not management of course)

Cons

Disorganized, not structured, management willing to pay an average salary with the condition to work lot of afterhours, weekends with no extra compensation just to satisfy their alter ego pretending is a super company while in the background its totally a mess. Once you sign up you will be forced to work hard over stressful decisions that are on the wrong path, at the end you will see you had completely wasted your time, fixing the unfix able, fire fighting is not the solution.

Pros

The executive team is very engaged with the operation and passionate about what they do. You can see that they truly want to make a difference in the lives they touch through the services that are being provided, this is not just another PBM, the vision is to change lives in a positive manner. I love the vision of looking for continuous improvement and ways to provide added value not only to the direct clients, but also to the patients we serve. Having worked at the company in the past, I returned due to their vision. The culture, mission, and corporate values truly spoke to me. The company is growing and has an interesting scope of services that lend itself to be very successful. They believe in looking at their internal talent and using the best of their abilities.

Cons

There is a need to improve the communication (and alignment) between departments to achieve optimal efficiency. Although career opportunities within the company are available, most of the growth depends on the individual, instead of a corporate roadmap for employee development. Since the company is still growing, at times achieving a healthy work-life balance can be a challenge.
