Pros

Company has good clients and great opportunities for contract/professional service jobs. Good presence and business development capabilities.

Cons

Once the resource is placed on a job, it is forgotten. They don't look for new opportunities for you until your contract ends or you decide to make your move. Not very pro-active on developing resources or trying to retain good expertise.
