New Employee Training - Shipping and Receiving Manager Pharma Logistics Employee Review

A lot of thought goes into the training schedule the company puts in place for the new employee. Management determines in advance parts of the business would most benefit the new employee to shadow and observe to give the employee the most insight of the operational flow. In my experience, I was able to shadow all parts of the operations with extremely knowledgeable employees explaining there portion of the process. The group of employees here at Pharma Logistics are very approachable and friendly.
