Pros

Some talented colleagues who were trying to make things work under difficult circumstances Hands-on role with exposure to client relationships and commercial strategy Fast-paced environment (though often for the wrong reasons)

Cons

Serious lack of professional leadership and boundaries The CEO frequently sent messages and made calls outside of working hours, including weekends, often appearing disorganised or incoherent Important conversations were forgotten or contradicted, raising concerns about personal conduct and stability Repeated delays in salary payments and poor communication about finances Employees were left underpaid, and a new company was set up shortly after operations moved — with no accountability

Pros

The company is still growing, and there are plenty of opportunities to take on work outside your core role and learn about different parts of the business. If you show initiative and consistently deliver good work, your efforts are noticed and there is real potential for growth over time. One thing I appreciate is that ideas are welcomed. If you see a better way of doing something, you're encouraged to speak up and suggest improvements rather than just follow existing processes. Management is generally open to feedback and new approaches. The work is very client-focused, so quality and attention to detail are important. It can be challenging at times, but it's also a good place to learn and develop professionally. The team is flexible and understanding as long as you communicate in advance and keep people informed. Overall, it's a good environment for people who like taking ownership, and being part of a company that's evolving and growing.

Cons

Because the company is growing and evolving, roles and responsibilities can sometimes extend beyond the original job description. This can be a great learning opportunity, but it may not be ideal for someone looking for a very structured role with clearly defined boundaries.

Pros

Remote, flexible hours and easy work. Technology and workflows being updated regularly to make it easier / quicker. Friendly staff.

Cons

The company went through restructure last year after liquidation. Lots of changes (though necessary) over a few months. Overall positive results.
