Unrealistic Expectations, No Transparency, No Organization, Terrible Work-Life Balance - Sales Pharma.solutions Employee Review

The organization is a mess. They have no idea how to sell the product, no idea who their buyer is and upper management is totally out of touch with the employees. The leadership team lacks diversity, plays the blame game and cannot seem to communicate honestly. They fire people without warning instead of taking a shred of accountability or investing in training & growth. The product is overpriced and consistently malfunctioning. Additionally, they are unusually strict - enforcing 30-minute lunch breaks, camera-on policies, and policing attire. The allotted PTO is also terrible. They expect the sales team to over-perform without providing any enablement. My advice: do not work here.
