Company leadership is attempting to sell off as much as possible leading to a huge gap in direction. Regional leadership doesn't follow up to their word. Store leadership in some locations is very strong, in others is incredibly weak. A lot of lay offs all the time. Inconsistent product allocation within the stores, highest volume items will go out of stock for months on end with no ability at the store level to order as "we're trying to create a desire for the product" which is the craziest thing I've ever heard in my 18 years of working retail. When was the last time you saw Hershey's not have a Hershey's bar on the shelf? Exactly.
