I Left Management Not The Company - Case Manager Pharmacord Employee Review

Absolutely NO communication, you find out everything last minute, management is the worst, most of them are really clueless about what’s going on, HR can’t be trusted I’ve experienced unethical things done by them, They are there for management only not the employees. Favoritism is blatantly done in your face. You are worked as if your 3 people. There is no consistency, you will never know what you are doing from one day to the next. Advancements are given to mangers favorites, you already know who will get the position when posted. Training is almost non existent, you will have 1 week of training when it should be 6-8 weeks bc they need phone coverage quickly. Your basically told to read and that’s your training. They have a plan to place unvaccinated people all together away from the vaccinated bc they can’t afford to keep losing people. I loved working here at the beginning, but as the company started to grow it seems like it became all smoke and mirrors. People are quitting left and right and instead of addressing why they are losing so many people, they make up excuses “oh they had a bad attitude” “oh they didn’t have a car” This company is for higher ups not the regular employees.
