Great leadership, supportive in moving up and growth

Everything is great and going well.

It was close to home.

I was on a great team for 2 years Not because of the company but because I has 2 great leaders and some great co-workers. Then the program closes. We were told for months we would be transferring to a new dept. Only for PharmaCord to wait till the last minute to tell us what program we would be going to. I was put on the VIIV program. It was the worst training I've ever had. I believe they are really trying to make training better but it's almost impossible with the daily changes that are made. I'm not sure why there are always so many changes to this program. If it's the client who is requesting the changes or they are just trying different things constantly to see what works. When the CEO left and Valaris bought it out thats when I decided to leave. I hope things got better, but I didn't feel secure or supported in my role.
