Pros
It's never a dull moment working for my company. There is always something new being done or developing for the future. I have learnt many things working for this company over the years especially pertaining to "technology" & it never stops which keeps me active excited & comfortable to be apart of the growth. The Partners, Human Resource Team, Directors, Managers, Supervisors & others are very welcoming , respectful & makes me feel proud to be apart of the team. The company cares for all employees, allows them to voice their opinions & make suggestions to benefit everyone's need. I admire how the staff keeps the warehouse clean, machines are always fully functional, beverage & snack machines are always available for all employees on both shifts. I consider myself blessed to be working at Pharmapacks.
Cons
There isn't any downside about this company. Maybe the only disadvantage would be that public transportation does not run too close to the warehouse. I am referring to the train and the bus. Hence it suit someone to drive his or her own vehicle if they should apply for a job here.
