Pros

Many good people have tried to work there and wanted to do a good job.

Cons

Polished in appearance self centered owners and those politically connected to them view employees as expendable pawns. Management runs the company on negative employee gossip instead of on the facts. Unsafe plant, aged equipment and fatal employee fork lift accident probably caused by negligent fork lift training last year. Many other OSHA violations and corporate attitude toward safety and their reliance on old machinery will probably lead to more accidents. Aged combustible butane tanks on premises constantly fail, failing HVAC system inadequacy causes employees to breath in toxic airborne drug particulate from compounds they are processing. Company relies on a legion of temporary personnel that have immigrated from Cape Verde and mostly can not speak English in a FDA-GMP regulated drug and cosmetic processing plant. Very High employee turn over for every position in the company. No employee rewards, parties or picnics. Dreary compensation package and zero employee perks as compared to vibrant businesses in the area.
