Pros
Expenses and discounted products Peers are wonderful to work with, hard working and dedicated staff.
Cons
Zero support for staff by Senior Management. Senior Management upon induction, make you feel invaluable. However, as time goes on (usually the 5 month mark) you become subjected to a downward spiral. It is quickly realised that the harder you work, your boundaries are not progressively respected. A lot of pressure is placed on staff to work hard and be successful, but they are stretched too thin. Being given senior management project work is placed under the illusion that you are trusted enough to 'help each other out'...which is rewarded by even more work! However, be strongly advised that if a small mistake is made, you are placed in the firing line and your work ethic is questioned. If you raise any issues, they are dismissed, but then you are held accountable for when things go wrong despite giving advance warnings, and questioned as to whay you have not brought it to their attention sooner, with them knowing full well that they are the source of the problem. To put it simply, The work culture is toxic. Senior Management will not support their teams or team members, and instead of trying to help, they point blame and deem staff members as being useless. Gaslighting techniques are common, gossiping is rife and false narratives are created where staff members are constantly being pitted against each other. It's such a shame for a company with huge potential.
