      Pros

      Work is flexible, and there are some amazing opportunities for career development if you work hard. The company culture is pretty great, and there is a lot of trust given to their employees to work under your own volition.

      Cons

      Politics can sometimes hinder what you are trying to achieve, and the location of the office isn't ideal, but with hybrid working that isn't the end of the world. The software that Pharos create can be fairly tricky to get your head around at first, so there is a fairly steep learning curve to understand it, but it is amazing once you do.

      Pros

      This a great place to work where your opinions matter and your personality is allowed to flourish. The people are lovely, the working hours are flexible and the culture is hardworking but very happy. The new offices provide you with a dynamic new workspace that adds to the overall package.

      Cons

      If you drive you might struggle a bit with traffic on the A406, but if you tube it you won't have any issues. Good connections whichever your preferred mode of travel. The company is growing, so expect change, but this also presents lots of opportunities.

      Pros

      Really enjoyable work environment, with supportive staff and line management. My role as a Technical Support Specialist involves me working with incredible projects worldwide, constantly pushing my development and experience. Every day brings something new.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons; the office is a great working environment, and my colleagues have all been very supportive and welcoming.
