      Pros

      The (lofty) feel of the firm in general is positive. Cleanliness was always great. Justin is a pro and always willing to help.

      Cons

      The dogs are extremely distracting and will not stop barking and moaning. The pay was minimal. Some principal architects were never around, hence no direction. Office lacks initiative, network-ability and basic etiquette.

      Some genuinely nice people there.

      Cons

      The office space is really disjointed for an architectural firm. They may have remedied since but the conference room was in the middle of everything with no full height walls. Architects should be able figure out a workable layout.
