There isn't many pros unfortunately. The meals are catered by companies who offer their end of day items to send over the next day. Panda then cooks the books at an inflated price.

The atmosphere is negative and the vast majority of employees hate their jobs. Paying the bills is the only reason to put up with the internal conflicts. Pay is an issue. Always a reason to get a short paycheck or took for some hours. The worst complaint is the bugs and trying to keep on top of them. The spray tech has all hut given up in the ability to keep the plants somewhat healthy. Pictures are doctored before being published as well. Honestly would be nice in this industry, after all, people smoke and consume these products!
