Pros
The hours don't change; F 12-6, Sat 12-6, Sun 1-5. You get to study or relax unless customers are there. They realize that students leave for breaks and make allowances accordingly.
Cons
It's a small company and you cannot get more hours if desired easily. The insects can be a problem at certain times of the year, and there isn't very good heat in the winter.
