      Pros

      You can clock out for 30 minutes within your first 5 hours and work thru lunch, then take a 2 hr lunch whenever you want. Most Supervisors are either always in meetings or leave Supervisory duty to someone who is not as strict.

      Cons

      Favoritism, nepotism, co mingling, low pay, not safety focused, no employee loyalty.

      Overall compensation and benefits on low end of market. Some in senior management have short tenure and limited understanding of market and technology.

      It is the most toxic place I ever seen in my entire career. They will destroy your mental health and well being. The system supports and encourage toxicity and dishonesty and punish integrity.
