Pros
Honestly, I am really trying to think of some but they are hard to name. What I can think of is I was a part of their Companion Animal Team, which is relatively new. It was briefly exciting to sell a product backed by new science.
Cons
Where to begin. I only have experience with Companion Animal branch and signed an NDA so have to keep it specific to that branch and pretty general. They are at least a decade behind in management and sales technology, zero chance for upward growth within branch, complete breakdown of communications between management and sales team, unrealistic sales expectations given routinely, and finally incompetent and CYA-focused management (in terms of market position, reality of reps in the field, time it takes for tasks to be completed, no clear expectations given, bully-like and objectively mean behavior kills any chance of honest teamwork and feedback, and zero responsibility ever taken). Also it was a team of all-white, generally older men and women. So if you like diversity you won't find it here. If you choose to work here, Godspeed to you friend.
