      I love the students at Phila U. It brings great satisfaction to work with them.

      Pros

      Was a great university to work for although merged with Jefferson University. Salary was competitive and great benefits including 401K a 4% match

      Cons

      The work is never done. You have to be able to stop working on a timeline or you could work non-stop and burnout.
