      Two worlds: employee or contractor. Depends on your personal preference of job security, time-off or wages which way to go.

      Cons

      Typical of the machinists' life: can be demanding, and nothing is trivial, everything is safety related. If you're not into the small details and substance-free - forget this kind of work.
