Pros
The pay is great, there is always something to do, there is plenty of over time if needed. the give a lot of perks for the job. They will also work with scheduling but be careful with that cause it will come back to get you in the end.
Cons
the Union workers that are there don't want to see no new faces and they also do NOT know how to talk to others in reasonable fashion so if you have a short fuse this is not the place for you. They will belittle you and make you want to quit.
