You have HR, clear expectations, guidelines, etc. Good first barista job and supervisor experience. The coffee is good and it's fun sometimes
Cons
Felt like higher-ups sometimes cared more about profit than people. The store was extremely busy and we would work so hard with deliveries and non-stop orders and there was no incentive for employees to work faster or harder because the tips were very bad and didn't get any from the deliveries
