Pros
Chill, free coffee, great people overall! It's a hard job being a barista, but I feel there is support for those who try and help themselves. Flexible schedule, and sensitivity to your needs overall.
Cons
Drama - some people need to just grow up, however It's easy to avoid and sometimes amusing to watch. No electronic tips!!!! Please let people start tipping via the square. Customers and baristas alike want this! This would solve a lot of problems!
