Pros
Great mission & core values. We believe in being nice and supporting personal growth and development. We try to keep it simple and don't push up selling things people don't need. The focus is very clear to how to be successful and effective.
Cons
The company is growing too fast. The recipe for a successful store and strong team takes time. Moving upwards with the desire to have 100 stores in a few years is unrealistic. The leadership bench isn't very big and Store Leads face more criticism than support.
