Pros
The pay and the other benefits that Philz provides is something that I value. Other than the pay, working with a diverse group of people in a collaborative setting is good.
Cons
Philz could do a better job with their hours and how that relates to the hours that employees work as well. The hours can be bad at times if there is short staffing which is common.
