Philz mission of Bettering People's Day happens with customers, but it definitely doesn't once you become a team member. It's all about the money, not the team member. Pay is extremely low for all the work expected of you, tips are taxed, training is mediocre, management is hit or miss. Extremely hard to get promoted unless you are one of the favorites. Very little diversity at Philz especially at the corporate office.
