corporate is constantly changing things without clear instructions, they are forcing us to allow costumers inside the store now, the hours are very very short and there is literally no diversity among corporate. During the BLM they sent a ridiculously embarrassing email basically stating: “we ARE inclusive, we just hired a black woman!!” They forced workers to go back in a pandemic and if they did not respond within a 24 hour period they assumed the worker resigned. Corporate keeps on spitting out these ideas to make some desperate cash and are putting their workers lives at risk FOR SOME COFFEE. I had to leave, this place is NOT safe. Btw Jacob is the root of all these problems. He should be replaced.
