Pros
Working with enthusiastic people who are excited and proud to serve the best cup of coffee in the bay. As baristas are brand representatives for the company and the larger Bay Area, each person on the Philz team is unique and special in their own way.
Cons
Pay was okay (but that's why you have tip). Working as a barista, there wasn't too much opportunity for professional growth.
