Pros
I never worked at a coffee shop before, but the trainers were amazing and so supportive. They could make you into a master barista in weeks. They care so much about making customers happy and brightening up their day which makes it such a positive work environment.
Cons
At times the shift leads wouldn't be in touch with the baristas needs. Store managers should always take care of their team first and sometimes that isn't so.
