Pay is Okay for Area - Shift Lead Philz Coffee Employee Review

Pay is okay for the area, but hours vary, some weeks I would have 35 hours scheduled the next week I only had 14 or less. This also prevented me from applying to their healthcare system, which was a benefit advertised to me to take the job. I worked their for 2 years and never qualified for the health insurance because my hours weren't consistent enough to qualify.
