Pros
A few, the people you work with are nice. Benefits were paid for by the company when I worked there from 2016-2018 (unless you smoke tobacco, they test). Snacks and drinks were provided throughout your shift. ( HR will know it you’re eating too much though). Equipment is provided to do your job (Apple laptop and other accessories).
Cons
Management has zero direction in most departments. People are not openly providing feedback to better the team, they would rather bash you in private. Zero opportunity for growth, the company is mid-sized at this point and just need headcount. Low wage for the work asked. Constant change in job role because the industry they serve is unstable. You WILL always take on more work with zero additional compensation. They hire fast and fire fast when needed. They slashed the great benefits for paternity, bonuses, etc before I left. HR is absolutely horrible. They will be the last folks you want to vent to about issues at work. If you do speak with them, they will likely not keep them confidential, which causes other issues. The companies products consist of Rodio (a wannabe Slack alternative which is failing), a device trade-in partnership with Apple (just go read the BBB, Twitter, Google and other reviews, it’s not going well and SafeTrade, their original product which is also not doing well because of dwindling partnerships and business). I WOULD NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR WORK. They will ring you out like a wet towel and grab another once you’re finished. Stay away from them!
