The ability to make a difference in people's lives. Some really good doctors and staff. Good benefits and options.
Cons
Lack of consistent leadership, can expect a turnover within a few months in upper management. Middle management overwhelmed and most issues ignored or not properly investigated for accuracy. Continuously short staffed, don't expect more than 2-4 days off a month or ever having breaks or lunches...you might get a 30 min lunch break once a week but usually interrupted or cut short.
