Pros
You work for a professional sports teams. You have to learn how to play the political game. Some of the staff are good.
Cons
Very little leadership from those in charge. Female leadership is the worst and most insecure people ever which makes them the worst people in power. HR never does anything to assist a complaint or make things better. They pretend to listen and sweep it under the rug. CEO has his favorites and guess what...it is all females who do nothing but take credit for everyone else. People will watch everything you do and then try to get you in trouble so they can move up the food chain. A lot of narcissistic people.
