At Phoenix, there is always opportunity to get trained within multiple different processes and departments, overall giving you more skills than if you only worked in one specific area. Hours were also very flexible.

The job requires lots of movement, very rarely being able to sit for long periods of time. Caution is required at all times when working with the different lab chemicals.

Friendly environment and proper training. The managers were great and always helpful.

Work hours depended on number of samples and could be inconsistent.
