Pros
The employees (minus the sr. leadership) and a somewhat flexible schedule make this a decent place to work.
Cons
The President of this company changes his mind every week (i.e. you will likely be tossed to the curb or moved to a different role), the "Replace & Rebuild" culture at this company and lack of job security is terrible, and the benefits aren't all that great either. Don't waste your time.
