Extremely toxic work culture where employees are treated like replaceable labour, not professionals. No proper training, guidance, or respect for freshers. Long working hours with unrealistic expectations and no work-life balance. absolutely no growth or career development. Management lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic employee care.
