      Pros

      Good pay, easy to move up. I started as a packer at 10 an hour and moved to a machine operator (in training) in about 6 months.

      Cons

      Supervisors are crap. Management is one sided. Only care for themselves. Only here to make money and brag about it. Drama

      Pros

      You pretty much get to work independently. Your supervisors are all remote.

      Cons

      I never felt like they wanted me there.It always seemed like because I was from the United States.They thought less of me.
