Tough and mean place to work. Get scolded often, partners have up and down temper, change their mind all the time. Salary not competitive, bonuses average. Year end appraisal forms are meaningless - waste of time. Little team spirit and departments do not communicate with each other. Not a top tier firm compared to other PE real estate companies, cannot compete in salary, professional character and management. Disorganized - everyone does everything. Many of the best people left for much better companies. Do not recommend this company if you are looking for career advancement.
