Pros
Flexible work days and it is easy to get time off.
Cons
Mileage is only paid fifty percent of the time. At interview they tell you mileage is paid. Once you are on the job you will be told mileage will only be paid if a client is in the car with you. If you spend 20 minutes driving to pick up the client you will not be paid the mileage or the 20 minutes you spend driving. The company is crooked.
