      Best job ever tbh. I get free food, can do flips and hangout with friends and get paid for it, plus backstage at NBA games

      Cons

      Pay is not great and sometimes they forget your hours and you have to remind them to enter them. Can get repetative

      New and exciting direction of how sponsorships are managed and sold. Very strategy based with a wide variety of types of companies and assets. The mid-level management culture is generally very good.

      Cons

      Inter-office politics and friction is tangible at the Sr. level.
