      Pros

      Phoenix provides all the opportunities to explore and excel new professional avenues. Flexible timings and work from home option, really helped me thrive. Always had a chance to advance; Environment could be competitive but there were a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      Sometimes they force to work post official hours but one can consider it as an opportunity to enhance skill sets.

      No work life balance. no salary on time. LALA company can fire you instantly once work is done

      the envirnment is very nice staff is very helpful and supportive work pressure is very low and everyone helps eachother . over all you guys will find this place very good

      Cons

      some times pressure can be too high and some time you guys have to work on weekends also
