Rewarding work for entry level workers, but very stressful during crunch time and compensation is not very competitive. - Voice Technician II Phone Power Employee Review

Pros

The direct supervisors are very intelligent, and you have multiple occasions to pick their brains, lots to learn from them.

Cons

Uncompetitive salary, you are often expected to take on additional responsibilities with no pay bump or bonus. Not enough overtime available. Company is very write-up happy. Supervisors often threaten repercussions if something is not followed up on immediately. Technicians are sometimes thrown under the bus (whether or not they were performing their job adequately) when supervisors have to take escalated support calls. It is a call center, so there are little to no vacations, and the amount of time off you can accrue is minimal.

Pros

Great experience and coworkers. CEO is a great guy. If he took the time to listen to what the majority of the concerns are, I think they would have a chance to keep the good employees and make it a much more positive work environment.

Cons

Take the average salary for a position and divide it by half. That's what theyll pay you. Unless you have personal relationships with corporate dont expect to have an influence on trying to make the Company as great as it can be. Even though most of Management are good people, the corrupt ones have made this workplace unbearable.
