1. The zonal & the regional heads especially in the West zone only know to play politics. They are the most biased sets of individuals you'll ever come across. 2. The company is least concerned about their competitor's offerings. They have no plans whatsoever to bring in some value additions to their existing service, thus making it very tough to sell. 3. They set these unreasonable targets ignoring the factors like market saturation & ofcourse the fact that PhonePe lacks than it's competitors in hell lot of aspects. These unrealistic targets create pressure; affecting the mental well-being of employees.
